Table Mountain Challenge 2022

TMC 18th year on beautiful Table Mountain.

44km Runners, run Clockwise around our famous and iconic mountain, heading from the start at JvR High School fields on Signal Hill, via Kloof Nek, up Kloof Corner, along the scenic contour path and middle traverse on Devils Peak, to the Kings Blockhouse. Continue along the forested “contour” path to Constantia Neck, via the much-loved and gnarly Rooikat Ravine, and onwards to Hout Bay corner. Climb the tough Llandudno Ravine, (post a selfie) run the 12 Apostles trail, down Kasteelspoort and back to Signal Hill finish. 44km tick.

22km Lite runners, New route being designed by Dr. Evil, to start and finish at the field, you’ll be the first to run this one!
